Lettrs Support

Need help with a letter, your account or Plus? Email support@getlettrs.app. Include your Lettrs username and what happened. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel your Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lettrs. Cancellation stops renewal; access continues until the paid period ends. Deleting the app or your Lettrs account does not cancel a subscription.

If an existing purchase is missing, choose Restore on the Lettrs paywall while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Sharing Plus

Open Membership in the app menu to invite one person. You can share the invitation link again while it is waiting to be claimed. Opening your own link does not give you a second membership.

Widgets

Add a small or large Lettrs widget from your Home Screen. After you open a letter, its contents become the widget artwork. Tapping the widget opens Lettrs.

Safety and account deletion

Report an unwanted letter or block its sender in the app. You can delete your account from your profile. Letters already exchanged remain in the other person's history.
